I didn't get weighed last week (working late) and had a terrible 2 weeks so went with some trepidation last night so was quite pleased with just a half a pound gain.

I felt too poorly to make it to the gym this week and as it's half-term next week it will be the week after before I can weigh myself again but I'll wish you all good luck for next week.

well i have to report that i've put 1lb on,i'm not too disappointed as i half expected it, i haven't been eating properley this week because i've had/just getting over this cough virus.so full steam ahead now for next week!
