Dis Dieters week beginning mon 12th February


Wow well done everybody - some great weight losses. And well done Nat for staying the same - I only have to think about going away and I gain a 1lb! :rotfl2:
 
As usual - one of the last to weigh in and I only stayed the same this week.

Out tonight and tomorrow so I'll have to be extra good as from Sunday.

I didn't get weighed last week (working late) and had a terrible 2 weeks so went with some trepidation last night so was quite pleased with just a half a pound gain.

I felt too poorly to make it to the gym this week and as it's half-term next week it will be the week after before I can weigh myself again but I'll wish you all good luck for next week. :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

I'm pleased to report that I lost another 2lbs this week, which is a nice surprise especially as it's half term and the girls have been eating lots of yummy food

well i have to report that i've put 1lb on,i'm not too disappointed as i half expected it, i haven't been eating properley this week because i've had/just getting over this cough virus.so full steam ahead now for next week!
