Well done to all the losers this week, and if you have gained, I hope this is just a little blip and that you'll get back into the swing of things next week
I'm chuffed to say that I've lost 3lbs this week ..
.. which is great, but I know the hard work is to come. I've got 2lbs to lose to be at my 'normal' weight, then things are going to start to get more difficult as I've not been able to get below this weight for about 3 years now. So I'm hoping to try to stay motivated as I don't want to feel a blob for our 'Girly Meet'
