Yay ! It's the end of January, and we're a month closer to the summer, and being able to wear holiday clothes on our new figuresSo, how have you found January (dieting wise) ? I started well, didn't do well for a couple of weeks, then had a small loss but joined a zumba class last week (which I love)
For the last 4 weeks I ..
-5lbs, STS, STS, -1 lb = -6lbs

Well done on losing a pound this week Sue, and that's an amazing loss for this month too 



I was on target for a loss but then got lax and didn't bother tracking or weighing for the last few days. Lesson learnt iWatchr is back up and running on the iPod and the weighing scales are out this week so we'll see how I get on.
But I have my second weigh-in tomorrow after my second week on the plan...
There's no way I was as good as last week (now my exams are finished, I have more time to eat which is never a good thing
), but I'm still much better than I normally would be, plus I've been doing more exercise, so who knows?!? I'm hoping for a little loss, but no slimmer of the week for me this time!
