:yay: Yay ! It's the end of January, and we're a month closer to the summer, and being able to wear holiday clothes on our new figures

So, how have you found January (dieting wise) ? I started well, didn't do well for a couple of weeks, then had a small loss but joined a zumba class last week (which I love)

For the last 4 weeks I ..

-5lbs, STS, STS, -1 lb = -6lbs

Show us your statistics if you can remember

Anyway, :woohoo: Well done to everyone who lost or STS over the last week and :wizard: Good Luck with this weeks weigh-ins

I have only lost 1lb this week but to be honest with you, Im pleased about that as I thought as soon as I started eating after my illness the 5lb I lost last week would go back on, but ive managed to keep it off:goodvibes

Looks like overall it's been a good January, I'm weighing tomorrow so I'll see how I got on then. I only really started 3 weeks ago and so have lost -1kg, -0.5kg and we'll see for tomorrow but I'm hoping for another 0.5kg down

As I weighed in again today, the last 4 weeks I've lost

0.5lb - 0.5lb - 1lb - 1.5lb = 2.5lbs :guilty:

It was much better on Friday. It seems to be heading in the right direction though :goodvibes

Looking forward to some WW beef tacos tonight, from the new recipe book my Mom just bought me :thumbsup2 Aim

I'm really excited for this week actually and praying that I'll see a good result at the end of it. To dip into the 10st bracket would mean the world to me :cloud9:

I am very disappointed today as I STS after 2 weeks. I thought I was eating the right amount to have a tiny loss each week so was expecting about 1lb loss, so to have not lost at all was a bit of a blow. I will keep to this regime for another 2 weeks and if I am still not losing I will have to think about lowering my intake again. I suppose I could always kid myself that it's because I have been exercising more and muscle weighs more than fat. ;)

Still January overall went:

Didn't weigh, -3lb, didn't weigh, STS = 3lb for the month.

Not a chance, I'm actually up 0.2kg :sad2: I was on target for a loss but then got lax and didn't bother tracking or weighing for the last few days. Lesson learnt iWatchr is back up and running on the iPod and the weighing scales are out this week so we'll see how I get on.

3.8kg to get back to goal :thumbsup2
 
I've been terrible this week, totally dreading weigh in this week. Just lost track of everything. Had a night out but if I'd just kept control I'd have still managed a loss. Weighed myself at home and its bad news lol but will still go tomorrow as their (SW) scales are better and it serves me right. I've only been dieting for the last 2 weeks of January, so no point in posting my stats :confused3 But I have my second weigh-in tomorrow after my second week on the plan...

And I'm dreading it (as usual) :lmao: There's no way I was as good as last week (now my exams are finished, I have more time to eat which is never a good thing :rolleyes:), but I'm still much better than I normally would be, plus I've been doing more exercise, so who knows?!? I'm hoping for a little loss, but no slimmer of the week for me this time! :rotfl:

Thanks Mandy, I got up of my lazy butt today and have just got back from a 45 minute walk. I used to do these regularly but got out of the habit so hopefully if I can manage a few walks a week it should help get me back on track

To toots82, don't let a bad week get to you, we all have them. Put it out of your mind and just focus on this week :hug:

we went for big long walk yesterday, about 2 hours but partly coz Paige was walking/dragging heels lol, but part of the time I was pushing her on buggy board so hopefully that'll make up a bit for missing Zumba this week!

I just returned from WW .... lost 1.5lbs so my stats are:

-2.5 , -3.0 , -1.0, -1.5 making a total of 8lbs for January.

Can't wait to move out from the 11 stone something group into the 10 stone something group.

I got my first shiny 7 and my 5% sticker, and I bought myself a WW magazine and a box of WW mints as a reward !!!

Jan has been a good weight loss month and I have felt very motivated....my Tankini has done the trick:rotfl:

I did not weigh the first week of Jan, but so far I have -2 1/2, -2 and -2 1/2

Total: -7lb

Now I need to work hard in February......it's going to be tough....DD's Birthday on Friday, My Birthday on Saturday, which includes a trip to TGI Fridays, DD's Birthday Party on Sunday......going to be a tough week:scared1:

I'm hoping for a good weight loss tomorrow and I'll have to make wise choices on the weekend:thumbsup2
