I weigh around the same as I did at the start of Jan
However, I am getting fitter and more toned, just need to sort out my diet to see the weight come off and stay off... watch this space 
Well done to everyone else though, I wish I had your motivation
keep up the hard work. I refuse to slope out of the DIS Dieters Thread as it ensures I at least go to the gym a few times a week

no sweeties on my cinema date with DBF tonight!
I have done one Zumba class this week, and have eaten properly inbetween so fingers crossed I haven't done too much damage
and good luck with getting back on track and with your next weigh-in



I was on target for a loss but then got lax and didn't bother tracking or weighing for the last few days. Lesson learnt iWatchr is back up and running on the iPod and the weighing scales are out this week so we'll see how I get on.
I have just weighed in and I'm chuffed to have lost 1lb
