After a quick breakfast from the stash in my room was soon off to MGM via the boat at the Dolphin for some fun.

Exchanged my annual pass certificate for the real thing at Guest Services – ran into a few characters and went to see Playhouse Disney – this was a request from my dd – to try to say hi to bear – cute show – then did the Animation Back Stage tour – a first for me – ran into Lilo and Stitch – Stitch was being bad and needed to be spanked – what can I say – then to the Man’s One Dream exhibit – love the models of the castles – wonder if they would miss one or two (just kidding).

Grabbed a quick bite at the ABC place – had one of their new dishes – black beans with beef over rice – pretty good and filling. Since I had eaten all of my lunch – treated myself to my first mickey bar of the trip think at some point this day I slipped in another one too.

Really didn’t do much at MGM – just wandered around and enjoyed the sights – did go back to the Dolphin and got cleaned up for a Dis meet at the Rose and Crown at 5.

Started the evening off with a long island ice tea and took the boat to Epcot and entered through the International Gateway – matter of fact the whole trip never did enter Epcot through the front entrance – love that boat trip.

Met up with a good size group of Dis’ers at the Rose and Crown where we soon were outside laughing and hugging and talking – it was good to see old friends and meet new ones.

From here we slowly made our way to the Boardwalk walking the walkway – and making a stop or two at pin carts along the way to the Broadwalk Villa Courtyard to pick up our registration and lanyards for Dis Con 2. Afterwards a good size group made their way to Jellyrolls for a evening of singing, laughter and fun.

Of course I will not comment on who put glo in charge of me – nor how she did with her assignment for the night.

Mickey bar total = 2

I was crawling into bed about 1:30 a m with another smile on my face.:smooth:

I love that Friendship launch to Epcot :) Jellyrolls was fun, wasn't it?

I remember meeting you at the hoisting at the Rose & Crown, Marla! That was really great! :)

I certainly grew to love the Internation Gateway entrance too! The Boardwalk area is really delightful and it's a lovely walk to Epcot....:)

A fun packed day!

Why won't you tell us about glo being in charge of you?  ;)

Guess I'll have to give Glo a holler:p :p :p ;)

I would have been shocked if you hadn't had a Mickey bar on day two;) ;)

Thanks for sharing Marla! Great report!

Glo was in charge? :p Enough said. ;) Glad you got in a few Mickey Bars today.
