Two ways depending on the time of day and rush hour traffic:

During off hours with no rush hour traffic:

Follow the red signs for the South Exit from the airport to pick up SR417 South (also called the Central Florida GreeneWay) towards Disney World. Once on SR417, you'll have 2 toll plazas for $1 each. After the 2nd toll, take exit 6 (SR 536/International Drive). Go straight through the first set of lights (International Drive) and turn right at the second set of lights (SR535 - Caribe Royale and Buena Vista Suites will be on the right). Follow 535 until you pass under I-4 getting into the extreme left hand lane as you go. Turn left at the first set of traffic lights after passing I-4 (Hotel Plaza Boulevard). You'll see the Crossroads dining and shopping area on the right at the intersection. Follow Hotel Plaza Boulevard for about 3/4 mile. It will turn into Buena Vista Drive and the entrance to DTD will be on the right once it does.

During hours when there's rush hour traffic:

Follow the red signs for the South Exit from the airport to pick up SR417 South (also called the Central Florida GreeneWay) towards Disney World. Once on SR417, you'll have 2 toll plazas for $1 each. After the 2nd toll, take exit 6 (SR 536/International Drive). Go straight through two sets of traffic lights (first intersection will be International Drive; second will be SR535) which will put you on SR536. Continue straight on this road and go straight through the next set of lights. You will pass the Marriott Orlando World Center on the right and the Holiday Inn Family Suites on the left, then I-4. Just after I-4, you'll pass under the WDW welcome arch and the road becomes Epcot Center Drive. Take the 1st exit after the arch. That's Buena Vista Drive. Follow it straight for about 2-3 miles. You'll pass Typhoon Lagoon on the right and the DTD West Side entrance and the PI entrances on your left. The entrance to DTD will be on the left a short ways past the PI entrance.

This way is faster during rush hour as the 535/I-4 area gets badly congested.
