Dinner Rotation

What would be the best dinner rotation for a family with 2 DS ages 2 and 5 on the Magic?

There really is no best dinner rotation. All rotations give you the same dining experiences (3 Dining Room menus and 4 Themed nights). Disney tends to organize the rotations by the make-up of your party. With young children you will probably be assigned the APL (Animator's/Parrot Cay/Lumiere's) rotation.
