After you open it, click on "File", then "Save As". Choose where on your computer you want to save it, rename it if you want, and click "Save".

This is a super spreadsheet! The only thing extra I have on mine, is I color code the parks and add EMH to each day. Helps plan at least what park I want to be near when I make ADRs.

There's actually one on this website, just go to the dining section and go down to where it says Disney dining reservation report. You can put your info in and you can print it with the dates you have to call.
