*Dining Call Reservations Strategy

I am wondering the best way to get to an actual operator when calling for dining reservations. Right now, as far as I can tell, you have to wait through the Spanish speaking part before they give options. Is there a way to push something earlier so that I can go straight through once the line is connected?
