Dining ADR's before our PH Tix kick in?

Howdy! This is our dilemma... We've booked 7 nights at the BC Resort, a Dining Plan (Standard - 7 nights, so 7 QS and 7 TS) and have 6 day Park Hopper tickets for a family of 4... We arrive at the BC on a Saturday at about noon, but want to use one of our TS credits for dinner that night. There's no TS time available around the BC (or at the YC or Boardwalk) that Saturday evening, but there's plenty at Epcot, only a short walk away. Am I correct in assuming that since we have a 6 day Park-Hopper, that's ONLY for Sun-Fri (We check out the following Saturday AM)? My bigger question is: Can we book an ADR in Epcot for the Saturday we arrive, or will they not allow us to enter Epcot because our 6 Day PH tix may not be specifically for that day? Tickets are valid for 14 days from first use. You don't have to use the days consecutively.

Tickets included with a package are valid the day you check in. If you'll be in the area a few days before you check in, you can activate tickets up to 10 days before you check in by visiting Guest Relations.

If you need more days on your tickets, you can add a day at any ticket window. An extra day beyond the 4th day is $10.65.
