Here's a layout I made with a template from Britt-ish Designs and a great new kit called Two Straws from Shauna Clingerman, Dani Mogstad, and Traci Reed of Sweetshoppe. I'm also going to use some of the elements of this kit to do some Pop Century layouts from our stay in the Fifties.

What an awesome job. I love the mickey heads in the center of the flowers. I played with this template but could not get anything that made me happy. Yours is so awesome....I love it.

HEre is my LO from the Speed Scrap at ScrapMatters last night. It was so much fun and we had a lot of DIS-ers there!! I probably never would have used swirls for this BOY layout if it hadn't been part of the challenge. This was also the first time I used "tape" on a LO (not part of the challenge, but it was in the kit I was using at the time and I tried it and liked it). I love how challenges make me think out of the box! Although, I still ended up using some of Britt's stuff. I don't think I can make a LO without something of hers in it! It is so weird! Anyway, here's the LO:

Everyone's LO is so great! I'll try to come back and respond to each, but I love them.

I have a few LOs to post. This one is for last night's speed scrap. Still doesn't seem finished to me, but I was at the deadline! I might go back and tweak it later. Actually, I've already started to add a few things to it, I'll post if I end up liking it better than the original.



This one is for the Saturday Special @ Scrapmatters, which asks to scrap your talent. I love photography, but I could never narrow down a few of my favorite photographs to do a layout for that! I decided to just scrap about my love of scrapping, which I hope is one of my talents. I love both paper & digi scrapping, so I randomly chose one LO of each type to include in this LO.

Thanks. The sillouettes aren't clipart, that is a pic of my paper LO. I made those frames on the Cricut. Here's a link to the actual LO, with more info:

One thing I love about digi vs paper scrapping is I have SUCH a hard time taking pics of my paper LOs. The colors & lighting are never even, no matter how much I play around with them. No worries with that for digi LOs!

Here's my LO featuring Britt's new kit little cowgirl. I'm not supposed to be scrapping with my hand right now, but I couldn't hold back. I might tweak it somemore later. My wrist was sort of acting up a little. I'm not sure that the LO shows that this is our favorite ride. Might need some journaling or something somewhere.
