Digital scrapbooking on the cheap?

I have never done any type of scrap booking before, but doing it digitally interests me. I don't want to invest a lot of money though. And, I would prefer something with a VERY easy learning curve since I'm easily distracted. Any suggestions on programs that might work for me?

I love Creative Memories Storybook Creator +. It is very user friendly. I was able to sit down and play with it to learn. I don't like having to go through books or tutorials, I have no patience!

I second creative memories!! Bought it a few weeks ago and I'm almost finished with my first digi scrapbook!! It is very user friendly and there are tons of free disneyish stuff on line. You can also download a trail version from their website so you can try before you buy. I did this and two hrs later I purchased!!
