Difference Between Family Talent Show And Talent Show?

My DD wants to participate in the talent show. I wondered if there is a difference between the "Family" Talent Show and the Talent Show or are they the same thing? DD thinks it would be fun. Anyone else do this?

Several cruises ago, there were 2 talent shows--one "family" and one "adults only." Anyone could participate in the "family," obviously, the "adults only" was just that...and was after the 9 pm hour.

On our 2 most recent Magic cruises, there was only the "family" show.
