Touring Plans is available for one year in advance of your trip. March of next year will be available up to around today's date. Yes you can choose what attractions you want and how many times you would like to experience them. You can add meals and other entertainment as well. I love it even though I really don't need it for US/IOA since I am there on site for about a week.

An additional question I have is how much time do you typically budget for meals? Currently I'm expecting QS to take 60 minutes and TS with a reservation to take 90 minutes.
