Did anyone watch Rock Star: INXS last night?

So does anyone know what the format will be next week? I'm guessing they will all sing INXS songs? Then does "our band INXS" pick the winner right then? No more voting, right?

That's my guess. I wasn't paying attention. Did they mention if there will be a "behind the scenes" show on Sunday?

Personally I like Mig. My husband downloaded some of the competitions songs and after listening to them and not seeing them I think JD is the best fit. (Although at times when he's thrusting himself at the audience he kinda skeebs me out).. Sounds the best though

...I personally can't stand JD [I think he's too full of himself] but I think he is probably the best one for the 'gig'....I, too, think Mig is 'too theatrical', but I think he is VERY talented. My personal fave is Marty...can't wait till next week, when the others come back for the bid finale...... !

I share your JD feelings....DW and I can't stand him. We're both Mig fans, he just seems like he is the best fit...he's from Australlia just like INXS and kind of looks like he could have been there originally. I like Marty....I just think he is a little too hard rock for them and would be better suited in a newer alternative band than INXS. I don't get how JD talks about trying to break his Elvis past but his Elvis lip and actions kick in onstage....kinda strange. Anyway, it's a great show....I hope they do it again.

I'm so glad to finally hear Mig sing an INXS song. He really did awesome. I think Marty could do much better on his own than with INXS. I'm rooting for Mig or JD to win.

I have been a diehard Jordis/MiG fan from the beginning. That being said, I honestly believe that, if INXS is smart, they will choose Marty. I think he will be the best one to bring them into the 21st century. JMHO.

Marty is my favorite for several reason (style, personality, talent); however, I feel like he's too "alternative" for INXS. I'm having a really hard time trying to figure out who they are going to pick. I haven't been a J.D. fan at all for his Elivs vibe and his smugness, but I've warmed to him over the past couple of weeks. I like his song "Pretty Vegas" even though you can't understand a word he says. I also like Mig for the same reasons I like Marty. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I did get to hear most of it in between people feeling the need to come talk to me. It was a good set. Here's what they sang:
JD- Pretty Vegas and Mystify
Marty- Trees and Suicide Blonde
Mig- Kiss From A Rose and What You Need

They all sounded great and I think it really will come down to what direction ob INXS wants to go. In the beginning when they would cut someone using their patented phrase "You're just not right for our band INXS" I thought it meant vocally but now I think it's going to come down to a choice on style.
