Did anyone get through ROFR this week

I was just wondering if anyone had Disney waive ROFR on any resales this week? If so, would you mind sharing when your offer was submitted to Disney and what you were offering on where.

I know there isn't much rhyme or reason to this, but it may give me something to think about while we wait.

Just so you know, we have an offer of $77/point for 150 pts at BWV. We are paying all closing and maintenance fees.

Deanna, first let me say that I don't think you will have any trouble getting through ROFR paying $77 at BWV per point plus all closing and maintenance fees. And, yes, people have reported that they passed ROFR this week. When did your contract go to Disney??

There is a lengthy thread "Any ROFR News" that details the trials and tribulations of everyone that has gone through ROFR over the last 6 weeks or so!!

Hi-
We just found out yesterday that we passed rofr!!
It was for BWV 150 pt. $72 pp we paid all closing costs and '04 MF it is a Dec. UY (150 '04 pt coming on 12/1)
Im pretty sure we went to rofr on 8/26.

If mine passed, it sounds like yours definately should!

No, no '03 points, just the 150 coming on 12/01/04

Boy have times changed since Janurary! We bought a re-sale from the Timeshare Store for BWV/$72 pp, 400 pts total uy April, and 0 pts for 04. The seller paid all closing and maintance fees for 04. Passed ROFR really fast. We closed in about 45 days for initial offer.

Snow Shoe -- You must have had a lot of Pixie Dust floating your way as your contract is one of the few I've heard of that didn't get ROFR'd with the seller paying closing costs and MF's.

I was told by Pat that disney is buying anything below 73 this week.... I am in the ROFR for OKW at 73 with two years points... it has been two weeks already and no answer yet....

Gregg, if you have not done so already, you might want to post this on the thread "Any ROFR News??" This might be of interest to a number of folks who are also waiting on ROFR!

Since Disney has up to 30 days to exercise ROFR, don't get too worried yet! Although some do go through very quickly, seems the majority take between 14-21 days. Here's hoping you get good news this week!!
