Can they book the RO discount?
Is it correct if I book thru them I only have to pay the deposit vs. the whole amount.

Got it...RO 2 adults, 8 nights All Star Music Jan 8-16 $640. Only needed a $72 deposit, balance due upon arrival.

Booked online; at one point it did tell me the system was down but I kept at it!!

The CM I was on with said they had not yet fully recovered from the system update that also had the website down.
It took her about 5 minutes of trying to update my existing reservation.

Packages are up. It says...January - March Magic Your Way plus Disney Dining Plan right on top. I booked with my Visa card last week and this is pricing out much higher. The offer was supposed to be the same for the general public.

The CM I just hung up with was able to "price" the discount for me but she said she couldn't book it yet because they were still "making enhancements".

If you booked on the phone, I may try calling back!!!

By phone... But... I was the first call of her day she said so maybe I caught it before the system got overloaded. Am on hold again because they had problems pulling up my parents existing reservation I am trying to add the discount onto.

Weird... Mom just texted me that their balance went down. I wonder if casr member took note on the reservation and applied it when she could or if it did it automatically?

I waited on the Disney Visa discount so I could price out my own options online since I thought GP would be the same. Will Disney Visa codes still be available or was that a limited time offer?

I think it's a computer glitch. The GP should be the same as promised once it is fixed.

After 40min on hold they hung up on me because there system was down Ok I am not that angry but a little stressed.

I called right at 7:00 AM and after having a small war with the automated system, it told me it was having technical difficulties and placed me on a 25+ minute hold. When the CM got on the phone, she couldn't find my reservations and tried getting extra help, placing me on hold several times. Finally, the system came up with the reservations I had and she was able to add the 30% off discount to both rooms that we have reserved.

2/15-2/23 at CBR. Should be an amazing trip!

I'm doing a split stay and was able to book the new part on-line (RO). It took a few tries but it processed. now waiting to try and add RO code to existing part of the reservation. I couldn't see that it on-line. on hold for 48 minutes now.

I am having the worst luck. This lady informed me the S/P/D is a code only and not everyone can use it. Then she informed me she cannot put the 35% discount because computers are down. Frustrating to say the least when half the people can get in!!

Yes, they are down. I wonder if my price isn't right because I got through RIGHT at 7 am before the computers were up. The CM I spoke with said it looks right but I should call back in a couple of hours.

Ugh - I was on hold for 35 min only to be told that the system was down and no bookings can or are being made! We're making a new one, not adjusting an existing reservation. I don't know when I'll have another 35+ min today to be on hold once I'm at work

I called right at 7 am, on hold for half an hour and was able to get S/P/D promotion without any problems or code. Good luck everyone!

i managed to get through and get a discount! not even sure what the discount was, when i asked if it was s/p/d she said it was a "new offer that didn't have a name" (or something along those lines). but either way i upgraded to deluxe dining and it came out to $35 less than i was originally paying! if i had stayed with regular dining i would have saved $566!

Is anyone else not seeing the difference online? I added an extra day yesterday to our reservation and got the visa discount added to the extra day, but its not showing up online. It still only shows our original days.

I'm hoping its just because of the system upgrade and it just isn't showing yet. I hate to call when the phone lines are nuts right now.
