My DD will be 19 months when we go, so I know I will need diapers, sippy cup, wipes, etc, but I'm sure I will need to bring a couple of things for the boys too. Should I bring a diaper bag or is there another bag I could buy that would be more useful while I am there. Thank you.:confused3

I would bring a backpack. My diaper bag would have been too big and bulky to carry onto all the rides and I wasn't comfortable about leaving it back in the stroller. We used a backpack instead so our hands could be free to get into and off of the rides, while helping our little ones on and off, too. My husband didn't mind taking turns with the backpack, either. Once we were seated on the ride, we could just slip the backpack off and put it on the floor or wherever.

we used a diaper bag in march for my 21mo and 3.5 yo. We needed all the above mentioned plus a change of clothes for my oldest as she was still having the occasional accident. we took it on every ride with us and it was very easy and we were also able to keep our camera and any small souvenir's we bought at the park.

We used a hip pack - which holds as much as a backpack but sits on the hips (obviously). It wasn't as hot as the year we took the backpack and I could keep it on for a lot of the rides and just flip it to the front. It worked great!

Also, don't forget about the baby care centers at each park. They aren't always handy - but they stock a lot of baby/toddler supplies so you don't have to pack like you are going on a camping trip.

New to the boards, but have been quite a few times (DVC). My kids are 2 and 4 when we go back in November, and my oldest has been going since 9 months, we used to drag a diaper bag, after my daughter was born though, we switched to a backpack and it was much more convienent and had a lot more organizing pockets. Also I would bring extra gallon plastic bags this way if the kids get wet (impossible not to with some of the fountain spots) and need a change of clothes you could stick the wet stuff right back in the backpack

We have always used a backpack in the past and that worked good to hold baby stuff as well as other misc things. But the backpack we used was smaller and had a rip so I needed to figure something else out for this trip.

I ended finding a good deal on Skip Hop Saddlebags and bought to for my stroller. They attach on each side and could fold right up with the stroller. They don't look it but are VERY roomy. I had more than enough for all my toddler's things in them (lots of diapers, wipes, spare outfit, sippy, juice boxes, etc) and probably only needed one. We also had some other type of bag to hold our Ergo Carrier, resort mug, Pal Mickey, raincover, etc. but that changed depending on the day and what was needed.

This was helpful because many nights. The 4 of us split into 2 groups. Whoever had the 2 yr old also got the stroller while the other parent took the 8 yr old and the extra bag. Neither of us had to lug around more than what we needed.

I ordered the backpack diaper bag from disneyshopping and love it! It is big enough for all of our kids' stuff as well as our camera, camcorder and such. It's a diaperbag, but the only 'diaperbag' thing about it is the changing pad which can be removed! The straps are padded.

We used a backpack, as well, last year when we went but I also had a diaper bag (the baby needed SO much more last year...change of clothes, spit up rags, etal) but this year we're just taking the backpack and a Bagallini-- if you haven't checked them out, do so, they are great size and you can definately keep wipes, diapers, tour books, wallets, sunscreen, etal and will be a great size to take on the rides. We'll leave the backpack in our stroller (with just "stuff" in it). Good luck!:goodvibes
