Dessert Party to go..

Hi everyone!

I recently found out that if there are any desserts left over at the DP the guests will be able to take some with them so I've been looking for To Go containers/boxes on Google today and found a few I liked but the minimum to order is 100 and that's too many for me.

Can anyone recommend a site or store I should take a look at? I'd highly appreciate it!

We picked up some bags and boxes from Michaels, and then I went to myweddinglables.com, designed some labels with our initials and a quote from Peter Pan- "Faith, Trust & Pixie Dust" and called it a day. They came out great, and worked perfectly!

Strangly those say "not food safe" and then have a picture of them holding unwrapped food.

That would make me very nervous.

I had not heard this before (taking home the leftovers)... do you just carry the "to go" boxes in with you to the DP?

Yes. My MIL brought Ziploc bags in her purse!

Yea, I noticed that as well.. Maybe if the box is lined with a napkin or 2 it would be ok though.

I think it's a great idea, Thank goodness for the Disboards or else I'd never come up with that idea. I'll bring the bag with the *to go* boxes in with me to the DP.
