I have a late BOG ADR is it ok to order only dessert and coffee? Just wondering if that's frowned upon

I'm so glad you asked this question. I have a very late ADR and may considering only dessert. I don't think I can wait that long for dinner or eat that late.

This is an awesome idea! We have a late CRT and I don't think princess will be up for dinner after the fireworks. This might be perfect for us!

If you're thinking of having only dessert at CRT...remember it doesn't work so well at fixed price restaurants. You may be able to ask to be served only dessert, but you'd still pay for the entire meal.

Yes, thank you. I just looked it up. I don't know what we're going to do. This is the one thing that I know she will love more than anything else, but the more I think about the timing the more I think it will just be a disaster. Off to stalk some more, I guess.

I had a similar question to the OP and this has me thinking even more. When you say "fixed price restaurants" is that like the buffets and things like that where everyone pays the same thing? I don't want to thread jack, but my concern is two different places: Tokyo Dining and 50's Prime Time. We have reservations for three, but it looks like we won't all be eating an entire meal when we go. One will be and two won't be each time. Are those places that it most likely wouldn't be a problem?

Thanks!

Hi, looking at order dessert only as well since the only res we have gotten was for 9:00 p.m. The question is if any of you did this and how long did it take? Am I going to miss the fireworks?

You are probably right. Kids are zonked late from the busy day and CRT is a busy meal.

What time is fireworks?

Depends on time of year but normally 9:00 when they close at 10:00.
