Desperate Housewives Season Six - Spoilers Welcome

Not my favorite episode, but it was still pretty good.

Orson has been on my nerves for a long time! And I think he is just going to get worse!

Did anyone see the preview for next week? Is the neighbor coming back Katherine? I really wish they had killed her off, as I don't see her having a very interesting story line.

My DVR cut off the preview for next week, so I didnt get to see it!

I had a few good laughs watching that episode. Juanita was so funny! "You mean I'm a Mexican?".

That was the funniest part of the show!! Even my DH laughed when he heard that!

I don't like how they are making Orson act (cruel/stupid/childish) but I don't want him to leave. He is my fav. I just wish they go back to the way he used to be.

I did enjoy the preview oh him being hosed off by Bree though.

I love Orson...Think he is going to milk this whole paralyis thing for a while...and then finally walk...have a feeling they will be back together soon.

As funny as Susan is,, she kinda gets on my nerves.. Although the whole pole dancing thing was hilarious.

Love Tom and Lynette...think they somehow represent many of us

I formed a group many years ago with my friends and we call ourselves the desperates...we meet every sunday night have appetizers and drinks and watch desperate housewives..no kids no hubbies...just the girls.

I collect $20 a week from each one of us and at the end of the year we do something together... Last 4 yrs has been an extravagant weekend in nyc but this year we are going to CANCUN for 4 days....Oh Yes...away from the stinking cold...where there is sun, beach, pool and margartis....

leaving in 4 days....hope the hotel can air the show on sunday for us (lol)

so so excited

wow, I'd love to have friends like that minijeanie!

Also glad I am not the only one in the world with Orson love:love:

I love these women...we met in the school parking lot when our kids were in elementary...and we all eventually went out together with kids and husbands.one year I organized a trip to Hershey Park, PA and had 89 people...had sweat shirts made up with all family names...my kids have great memories ... but now as they get older, and I am not running them from place to place it gets easier t9 do outside activities with adults

but quite honestly...I treasure the moments when my kids were little.. They were the best times of my life.....

Wow Susan has a great body for her age. I read somewhere on the internet that she broke a rib doing that pole dance when she hung upside down. Ouch.

Yes Orson is going to get on nerves fast.

maybe Im getting old, but I did not think Susan was old:rolleyes1

Me either! :confused3

minijeanie - how cool! Sounds like a great idea!! If I could stay up to watch it on Sunday nights maybe I could do that (of course four days in Cancun could be motivation!!).

I agree about Lynette and Tom - they're the most "normal" and relatable to me.

Can someone tell me what happened to Carl's son? Last season he was raising a little boy on his own, he was MJ's age. Did I miss something?

Awe, come on... this is DH, they write off characters all the time and expect us to forget that they ever existed.

I didn't mean she was old , old....heck I am going to be 47 this year :lmao:

Guess I am jealous of her body, she does not look like she is 45. I never looked like that on my best day, and don't see to many other people that look like that at 45 either at least not regular housewives. Maybe I live in the wrong neighbourhood.

Here's some info on this week's episode:

January 17, 2010

Written by Jason Ganzel; directed by Lonny Price

When Orson sees his physical therapist is at his house, he purposely falls out of his wheelchair, feigns weakness, and claims that Bree has been abusing him. The physical therapist becomes angry with Bree.

Angie disapproves of Danny's new girlfriend, Ana.

Katherine meets with her psychiatrist. Her medicine's working, but she doesn't like that she can now see the person she's become. Bree, Gabrielle, Lynette, Susan, and Mrs. McCluskey visit Katherine.

Lynette's not interested in seeing a couple's therapist. Tom and Lynette have dinner with Bob and Lee, and that goes badly. Lynette confronts Tom's psychotherapist (Jane Leeves), as she believes Tom's told the therapist she's a witch. She admits she can sometimes be a witch.

Gabrielle and Susan are concerned with the possibility that Juanita and MJ might be in the slow math group at school, and they go to desperate lengths to find out more about the situation.

January 24 Preempted by second hour of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition; rerun of "Don't Walk on the Grass" airs at 10.

Note - I changed "witch" above! :goodvibes http://desperate-housewives.tripod.com/id3.html

6-14 "The Glamorous Life" January 31, 2010

Written by Dave Flebotte; directed by Bethany Rooney

Bree fears Orson will kill himself. Bree attempts to cheer up Orson by inviting over a couple other paralyzed men, but it doesn't work as well as expected. Later, at a party, Bree pushes Orson into a pool, but will he come up?

Angie and Gabrielle are hostile towards each other due to conflict over the Danny/Ana relationship.

Tom's psychotherapist (Jane Leeves) appears again; she may not be the nice woman she appeared to be, and Tom and Lynette argue about her. For starters, she's a terrible actress in a community theatre production.

We'll meet Robin (Julie Benz), a hot stripper in her 30s; she has an Education degree and hopes to get out of stripping. Susan makes Robin her assistant at school, but a student's dad recognizes her. Look for Robin to stick around for multiple episodes.

February 7 Super Bowl Sunday. There is absolutely no chance that ABC will air a new episode of DH.

6-15

Robin and Katherine go on a double date with two men, both of whom are interested in Robin as a former stripper. Also, Parker and his friends use binoculars to spy on Robin as she showers at Susan's.

March 7 DH will be preempted by the Academy Awards.

6-23 May 23 This is the last Sunday of May sweeps, and almost certainly the date of DH's sixth season finale. Mark your calendars now!

Question: Is Desperate Housewives going to show Katherine in the nuthouse? —Naomi
Ausiello: There’s some loony bin stuff in the near future, but that’s not the big news. This is the big news: “I have a very exciting storyline coming up that I’m really excited about,” reveals upcoming Castle guest star Dana Delany, who adds that the top-secret plot (thankfully) does not involve a continuation of crazy Katherine. “It’s a new Katherine.”

isn't it funny how Susan is now 'in charge' of the art class, when not so long ago she was the assistant??
