Oh as for the counters.....is that really wise? How can we be sure burglers don't scan the boards regularly to see who's going on vacation so they can rob their homes? Might as well say on your phone answering machine, "Hi! No one's home now, we're on vacation in WDW. Come on and break into our house!"

There is nothing wrong with that. It's a valid suggestion

Images in signatures have no performance effect on the boards at all. It will slightly increase your full load time, but the information in the threads themselves will not slow at all if you have your browser set up right.

I actually it helps me plan who too stay way from and what resorts I might not want to visit cause a certain DISers stayed there...

hmmm...maybe I'll have my answering machine say "We're away at WDW right now, but come on over...we don't have a dog, but non-Disney DH is still here and would love to bite someone's head off"

DH doesn't 'do' WDW, I have no problem having a counter in my signature

Hey who's this kid runnin around my backyard??? Oh well, I might as well adopt him, he's a cute one. Looks like my next WDW trip just got more expensive - the family keeps growing and growing.

Wow OT that is quite the family you are "collecting". However, I do have to say that Thing 1 and Thing 2 are a spitting image of you, not the in-laws. I know that's a difficult thing to admit, but it's true.
