I've been curious about the different people on the board - just wondering what kinds of people are on the board enjoying the Disney Community.

DW and I are mid 20s, no kids.

How many other mid 20s couples are going? How many big families? Do you ever go alone? How bout with friends? etc..

:p ;) :) :D

I'm in my early 40's and have enjoyed traveling to WDW solo and with friends. My DBF will be with me for my trip in Dec. for his first visit there!!! :p

I'm in my early thirties and have been to WDW only twice. IBM paid for the family to go when MK opened (!), and then I returned for a second honeymoon in 1993. I'm bringing mom back this year for my own children's first trip.

Demographically speaking, the internet has had a greater influence on my vacation behavior than has my age, marital or financial status, and that stuff. I would have waited another 10 years or more to return to WDW, but after reading about all it really does have to offer, from people who are so enthusiastic about it, I know we'll be coming back more often. In fact, DD and DS are 4 years apart, and we've developed a (tentative) family strategy to visit at least every 4 years: DD's 8th birthday, then DS's 8th; then each one's 16th... now if we can swing it I foresee AP's in the future, so that strategy just might go out the window!

Sorry if that's more info than you were looking for - hope it was helpful anyway!

I am in my early 30's and Dh is in his mid 30's. We were married at 24 and 28 and honeymooned at WDW. Before kids we went twice a year. Now we have two kids Emily, 3 and Lauren 7 months. Now we go once a year.

We have travelled with my parents three times. They are in their 60s.

I was the person who was into Disney, but Dh has become infected! He even made all of our 120 PS for our upcoming trip.

i will be 29 here in a few weeks and my FH will be 30 one week after my birthday...this is our first time going together...we have no children yet...this will be my 8th trip to WDW and his 2nd...

i will go with pretty much whomever will go with me! i've gone with friends and family both...i wouldn't hesitate to go alone either!!

DH and I are middle 30's with one child who is six. I have been going to WDW since I was 9 and my DS has gone since he was 3.

I'm 21 and my boyfriend is 24. We've been going to WDW together for the past 3 1/2 years. We've never gone with friends or relatives together, although I went twice with my family when I was young. This weekend I'm going to WDW with just my mom and I can't wait! :Pinkbounc

DW and I both turned 30 this year and our son turns 2 the day after Labor Day. :D

DH & I are in our mid 30's. We have three children b/g twins 13 and a son 6. DH went to WDW 2 times w/his family growing up but I didn't go until our honeymoon in 87. I had been to DL as a child, but not WDW. As you can see below we've gone many times since 87:)
Joining DVC was a gift from DH for our 15th wedding anniversary this past May.

I'm 32, my SO is 35, we have 2 kids-9 yo dd and 6 yo ds.

I've been to WDW twice, my SO and the kids have only been once. The time we all went, we went with both of my brothers, both sil's and 4 of my eldest brother's kids.

i'm going on 24 and dh is 25, also no kids. :)

Goodness I'm ancient! I'm 51, DH is 54, our DS 22, DD 19, and DS 13. I got hooked on WDW our first trip in 88 when DD (then 5) just quivered with excitement when she got to meet her favorite Mickey at a Character Breakfast on the (then) Empress Lily (now Fulton's).

DH and I leave soon to celebrate our 31st anniversary without the kids!

Dh turned 40 last year in WDW :) . I'm 37. Our kids are 14, 12 and 10. I was there once when I was a kid in the 70's. Dh and I went about 6 months after we were married in '87. We went with our oldest 2 and my mom when I was pregnant with #3 in '92. And we were there last November on our dd's wish trip. We're planning to go back next year with my mom whose 62. :Pinkbounc

We're in our 20's, married, no kids. We go to WDW about once a year.

dw and I are both mid thirities with a 7 yr old dd. We haven't been to wdw as a family yet. In fact, I was the last to go in 1986. Never been alone.

I am 33 and DW is 29.. Have 2 girls..4 & 2.
Been to Disney 3 times and we are going again this year..during DIS CON.:)

DH and I are in our mid twenties with no children. I'm the one with the WDW fetish...he just tolerates me. ;) I've been to DL with a friend, WDW with a friend and WDW with DH. I'm going to WDW with my sister next month.

Basically, he goes when I have no one else to go with...and I'll go with whoever wants to! :)

DH and I are in our very early 40s, and have no children. We have been going to WDW annually for many years now. Some trips are just for the 2 of us. On other trips we have taken relatives and/or friends. Some of these experiences traveling with other people were successful. Others (one in particular) will not be repeated!

When we do go, we tend to stay at least 10 days. We always stay in a WDW resort, and rarely venture off the property. One of my favorite things about our Disney vacations is hanging out at the pool, and enjoying the amenities at the resort. Relaxing is so nice!

Please excuse me while I leave the room to get my cane and Ben-gay.
