Deluxe resort breakfast?

Which deluxe resorts have a counter service area to get a quick breakfast? Maybe a waffle or egg sandwich?
I love deluxe resorts, but one thing they miss is a good fast breakfast place. The values have big food court which I only like for a fast breakfast.
