My DH and I are Pooh sized. We have 2 kids, 6 & 8 who can sleep anywhere. We feel more comfortable in a king sized bed. I had originally booked the Poly but cancelled since they only have queen unless you want to pay really big money.

Can anyone point me in some direction. Thanks!

We stay at the Swan and I have 2 teenage boys so we get connecting rooms and their room has the double queens and me and my DH get the room with the king bed.

It is my understanding that Disney either offers two "full" size beds, or one King size bed in the resorts. That may be different at the Deluxe Resorts, but I'm pretty sure that's the policy at the mods and values.

If you want a king room you can book a king room for and extra $15 at a mod.
The values and deluxe's have king beds also but they are only a request.

Also if you get a King room you would need to rent a connecting room for the children since king rooms only sleep 2 people (plus a child under 3 in a pac-n-play.)

Your best option may be to rent a 1 or 2 bedroom villa either from Disney or on points from a DVC member.

Have fun at Disney!:wizard:

Thanks about the connecting rooms. It's a thought I hadn't considered. And I will look into a Mod. However, I (the original cheap girl) don't think I'm willing to pay for two rooms. I am finding better deals offsite that I think I'll have to consider.

I appreciate your honest answers!

CSR is a mod with king beds and suites as well as the option of connecting/adjoining rooms. Check out my website below for pics and info.

CBR also offers king beds at an additional price. They will only allow 2 in the room.

We have stayed at the CR, WL, Swan and Dolphin and always had a king bed
