Deluxe Discounts

Where is the best place to look for Deluxe resort discounts ?
Is it somethting that I have to be ready to jump on when Disney offers discounts or can I find AAA discounts all the time or any coupons from Travel agents?

Usually you can get a AAA discount. . .typically 15 percent. There are some codes that come out for certain situations that are available to the general public and then there are pin offers that are mailed randomly to people who are signed up on different disney venues on the web. . .they can be snail mailed or emailed. . .

Also usually even when you see a deal come out advertising the Value resorts you can call and find Mods & Deluxes have deals too, but you have to call ASAP to check availability because they seem to go quickly.

For some reason they never seem to highlight that other resort types/length of stay terms are included - it's always in teeny tiny print. For example last year (value season) they advertised a $59 per night Value resort rate special all over the place, but when you called in they also had Mods at $105 and Deluxe at $145 (AKL std).

Just keep checking the Discounts section here on the DIS and the mousesavers website and jump when a deal comes out for your dates

There are travel agents that block rooms and offer a discount on those rooms. I have a room booked this way for an upcoming trip and I used this travel agent last year for a similar deal. But these "promotional rates" are very specific to a particular time and a particular resort or resorts.
