What a great update, Jen!! I would have loved to have seen BBVD in concert--swing dancing is my absolute favorite dancing ever! I used to go every week in college! Michael and I were actually listening to some Christmas music in the car the other day and both thought about trying to swing to it!

Anyway... Your fish and chips look fabulous! The more I read about it, the more Rose and Crown sounds delicious! What a fun evening and a great way to end day one! I just love seeing how much fun you had!

I must say that Nobby looks quite at home there on the bed...

Leslie is right about the Yorkshire pudding...yummy doughy goodness...you have to have it with the roast though so you get the gravy...it's a treat...(you wouldn't want to do it to often...your heart might rebel...but as a Christmas or birthday treat...super yum...hmmm....we were going to do ham this year but now I'm thinking about a Roast...

Love the review of R&C...another great one...I'm going to have a tough time making dinner ressies at Epcot for Em's trip...either R&C or Teppan Edo...

I enjoyed your last update. What a nice evening you had in Epcot. It is fun to read your TR and C's TR. It's like having flashbacks from one to the other. Dinner at R & C looks yum and I'm glad you and C had such a nice evening together just chatting and catching up.

I also noticed that your January trip (ie. the on again, off again trip) is getting pretty close now. I have to get over to LL's TR to catch up on all the planning and enabling.

Nope it's not a dessert. The first Christmas Marc came to my parents, we just couldn't describe it to him and then he had it and he's in love with it now!

A lot of people don't know what it is....that's okay...more for me!
It is like some kind of ritual cooking it...has to be whole milk...drippings from the roast, etc...I have never cooked it but I swear I could eat the whole thing....She does it in a cast iron pan just like my Nana used to. I also used to get yelled at because I would open the oven door to look at it and it was possible that it would fall and not be all poofy! I slather mine with gravy and butter and ooohhhh it's so good!

Oh and Jen...your points needs will always be higher in regards to DVC!

Oh yes, my Mom yells at me too! Marc saw on Gordon Ramsey's BBC show that he cooked Yorkshire Pudding in little Muffin Tins so now Marc wants to try that for Christmas, we'll see how that works.

Oh, man... the whole incident with deleting and not knowing your room # is SO something I would do! LOL and my hair isn't blonde enough to use that as an excuse! Saratoga is a very nice resort, love the simple elegance of it- nice to have a car with you though b/c it is very large!

2- My DD8 has a VB in that same pattern - a bit smaller though
3- Yay for you going DVC! I can't wait to hear what/where/how many points you decide on
4- You're really making me think hard about trying R&C someday. It never appealed to me before.

Awww thanks, right now I'm in a diet funk but I'm trying to crawl and dig myself out of that hole....but I seem to have lost some of my motivation!!!!

Love my VB...can't wait to take her again in January..she is by far the best park bag besides my backpack that I have found so far!

C and I did have a great evening just sitting and chatting. It was like meeting up with an old friend and having a blast!!!!!
