my dad has flown with them to NY..
He said it was good.. but a poor mans version of Business class when comparing to BA and Virgin (But then again its much cheaper!)
He said that the plane was in good condition.. but clearly quite old.
He also said that in terms of value for money he thought it was good.. and the advantage of it being from Luton was also a great benefit for them.
He would definitely fly with them again...
