i dont know i mean i nkow the meanings of gravity and defy but i dont know the exact means of defy gravity i guess its something to with floating or something that stays up in the air longer than it should

I'm not going into it scientifically.
But if someone told me to defy gravity, I would believe it means to:

Do your best, shock people. Do stuff that makes you happy and makes a difference in the world, your community, etc. Be amazing.

-Trusting your instincts, closing your eyes, and leaping
-Being through accepting limits cause someone says they're so
-Accepting that some things you cannot change, but untill you try you'll never know
-Not being afraid of losing love you guess you've lost - because if that's love it comes at much too high a cost
-Believing that everyone deserves a chance to fly
-Not letting anybody(in all of Oz, no wizard that there is or was) bring you down

No. I'm not.
It's kind of what they said about not letting people bring you down.
To me, Defying Gravity is like a saying. You know how people say Break A Leg to wish you luck, well defying gravity to me is like being your own person.
I'm usually a 100% sure about what I'm talking about.

I was about to say "thanks, you too" from reading the first post, but that obviously isn't the case. I think it means to let go of everything that's been holding you back on acheiving your dream, and go for it. In other words, fly. Nice play on words. Kudos to Stephen Schwartz
