Hi all.
I recall reading a thread on the DL forum a few months ago in which one of the Disboarders had posted the phone number to call DL with respect to defective merchandise. Unfortunately Mr. Searchy is not being my friend this afternoon, and I can't seem to track it down. If anyone happens to have the number handy, I would appreciate if you could post it for me.
Just as an FYI - when we were in DL last month, my 8 year old daughter purchased a Tinkerbell pin covered (allegedly) in Swarovski crystals, from the glasswear store in New Orleans Square. Unfortunately, even with her only wearing it on 'special occasions', three of the crystals have already popped out.
She says that she doesn't mind, but given that she paid for the item with her allowance (I think it was around $30-40 - I have the receipt at home), I know it breaks her heart every time another crystal falls out.
Any and all help and advice is appreciated.
P.S. - to head off the "why don't you just return it" suggestions - we live in Canada... Trust me, I'd love to be able to be in the park to deal with the matter personally.
