How to contact DISboards for account help?

I can’t find info about how to contact someone for help. I need to reset password, but after going through the process to request this, the reset email never arrives (including junk/spam folder). I can’t find my account info on phone, and i am signed out on computer due to clearing caches etc for adrs. Thanks for any help.

It is possible that your email domain is blocking the emails from getting to you. Some domains just don't pass them through, they don't go to junk. You just don't get them. You could try changing your email to a different one that is with a different provider and see if that works.

Is the password not saved on your phone? I know on my iPhone I can look up the passwords for sites & apps in the settings.
