Dedicated 2br 2 queens at BCV--anyone have a map?

Does anyone know how many of these types of rooms are available at BCV? We've booked for May, and I'd love to see a map of the various rooms available.

I think it's 24 or 25, a third of the dedicated 2 BR units. The rest have a queen and pull out queen in the second. The only pull out queens in the BR for DVC that I can recall, the rest are standard size. All LR for 1 BR and above do have pull out queens.

I think it is guaranteed at the time of reservation. To be sure, call MS and ask them.

We confirmed a 2BR 2Q for our trip last may (not a request). Perhaps a BCV owner can clarify? Also, why don't all dedicated 2BR's have 2Q's? Seems like they should.

I think they were mean too - but the building company got the rooms wrong and most of the rooms aren't big enough for the 2nd queen bed????

at least I think that is what DVC say.

It is a confirmed reservation type--not a request. When you make the reservation, you will know immediately if the 2BR 2Queen configuration is available to reserve.

Thanks! I didn't know this (and I own at BCVs!). I would love to have the 2 queen beds when we take our family next time. I will have to remember this!

but I though the 2 queens or 1 queen and sofa bed were not reserved but were requested?

Cool! Can you tell me if there is a door to the outside from the second bedroom?

I would prefer there not to be so the kids don't have an outside door in their room. I would just feel more comfortable with that.

I believe all DVC dedicated 2BR's have only one exit door.

We just got back from BCV. We stayed in a dedicated 2br (w/2 queen beds). The balconies were off of the living room and the master bedroom (the room with the king bed) in our villa (room 433).

Also, one of the links shows room 433 as being a smoking room. It is NOT a smoking room any longer, nor does it smell like smoke inside of it.

We had a view of Illuminations fireworks and some of the world showcase from our room. LOVED IT!
