Decorating your resort room?

Taking pictures of the decorated room or door is a great idea! I was just working on my poster for our door and was thinking of taking a picture when we hang it up when we get down there. I'll be adding more to the door as well. Let's make it a new sticky!

you can use tape as long as you get it all off when you leave! this was easy to do with a credit card or your KTTWC!!!

We bought a roll of sticky magnet. One side is magnetic and the other side is sticky so it sticks to paper and such!! we bought ours at Walmart but you can get it at any office supply store and such!!

I was thinking of using double sided (removeable) scrapbook tape. I hope that's ok. We're staying at BCV for the first 6 days of our trip and the doors there are wooden. I asn't going to decorate the door when we go to OKW for the last 4 days.

Ok, I searched and searched local stores for some good stuff to decorate my window with. . . I found NOTHING! I'm pretty crafty, and can usually make fun things, and yet I found garbage. Nothing pleased me. So I'm thinking everything in my window will be super hand crafted. I'm planning on making my window a birthday window! (to thank the the boyfriend for a wonderful and grreeeeeeat gift of a Dis trip). Ok.... *puts thinking cap on*..wish me luck Hahahaha

some years ago when i went in late sept/early oct. i tied a very large christmas bow/ribbon around the doorknob to my door.
it was something i had for a christmas decoration for my door at home.

it looked really neat. it caught the eye of many.


if you don't want to decorate your door with clingers or mickey heads, try a large bright colored bow around your doorknob.

easy to transport and easy to set up.


for those of you going before i do, please take a pic of yur door or other doors you see decorated and post for the rest of us left behind.........thanx

they stopped re-stocking all the Alien Green mickey heads!!!
i couldn't believe it, so i attempted to test my theory....dum da dum dum duuuum...i took all the black ones, since the Alien Green were gone already thanks to me well last night we went to the HD and lo and behold....the blackones are refilled but NOT the Alien Green!!! Soooooo...either there is another DISer out there from Rockford (come out come out wherever you are?????) or they are on to me!!!

We've never been during Christmas-it would be soo cool to decorate the room, but I like the idea of just hanging up some twinkle lights. We're going in Sept.-not for a special occasions, unless of course you count free dining!

i swiped another 240 of them last weekend.


i wish the 2 home depots i go to will refill the colors soon.



i make either an X or a circle with the attached pencil in the middle on the door. for the windo i do an outline of mickey ears.

I feel sorry for everyone in the mid-west that had their hearts set on green disney paint. You all realize that they are going to stop making the paint chips Mickey shaped since they are hard to keep on the shelf....Can't you all just get a Mickey shaped die-cutter and some green construction paper? - Or put the kids to work with their little scissors using 1 paint chip as the stencil? - I know I sound petty, but 240 paint chips in the same color seems excessive and wasteful. I'm just thinking of the poor parents standing there picking out paint for the kids room wondering why there is no green.
