Decorating room for Christmas?

This is not our first trip at Christmas, but it is our first trip at Christmas and staying at a Disney resort. Just wondering what suggestions people had for decorating rooms, or what you have decorated with in the past. We are planning on a tree, but wanted some more ideas from others. We are staying at POR. Thanks.

This is our first Christmas at WDW. We are staying at POFQ. I am bringing a Winnie the Pooh Christmas tree for our room. It's about 2 ft. tall and has Pooh and friends ornaments with it. I am also bringing some window stickers(static) to decorate our window. I thought about making some magnetic signs for our door. We are so excited!

I bought a 3 foot tree (NOT as large as it sounds) at Hobby Lobby the other day. Now, I'm looking for ornaments and other ideas.

I bought a small tree at the local craft store to put on the table. Lights/bows/snowflake ornaments. I also am bring some lights for around the mirror in the bathroom and room window. I bought some window clings for the window from the dollar store. Since we do a lot of decorating at home I wanted to make sure that while at WDW we have that same Christmas feel.

We stayed at WDW (BWV and VWL) a few years ago for Christmas and New Year's. I couldn't imagine being there without decorations. So... I packed a tree and ornaments that we put in the room. My husband decorated the balcony railing with rope lights. I 'wrapped' the room door to look like a package from the outside. I also brought along candles and several holiday plush toys to decorate up the room. Keep in mind, we drove so we didn't have to worry about packing everything on a plane or shipping things.
