To be fair, if GF beer is at the level I've tasted thus far (for "empirical research" purposes), then there is not much competition to become the best "in the world".The Estella is gluten free and is propped up as being the best GF beer in the world. It is good, but I wouldn't go that far. The omission beers can't officially claim that they are GF because they start out as a real beer. They have a process however that removes the gluten. My stomach is pretty sensitive to Gluten and I have had their beers without any issues.
