Just off the Fantasy today and there are two developments of interest to beer lovers that I haven't seen reported here yet.

First, they've added some good bottled and canned products to the selection. I'll post a photo of the full line-up later, but here are the notable additions:

Cigar City Jai Alai (IPA)
Cigar City Invasion (Session IPA)
Bell's Two-Hearted (IPA)
Bell's Oberon (Seasonal Summer Ale)

Second, they're now offering a beer package for purchase. Buy any 20 beers at the regular price and receive four beers for free. Your beers are delivered to your room and you can chill them yourself or trade a warm bottle or can for a cold one at any bar. If you buy 20 of one variety you get four more of the same for free, but you can buy different combos too. We bought five bottles/cans of four different varieties and received one of each for free.

We brought 18 of our own on board but was pleasantly surprised at the offering. WDW has stepped their game up as well cashing in on the craft beer popularity and availability.

Just a few out by the pool

Have they updated the selection fleet wide?

That's what I'm wondering too. I haven't read about it on the boards at all even about the Fantasy so I'm thinking it may be a test. I wouldn't expect the Wonder or Magic to get the upgrades until they return to Port Canaveral anyway. It must be pretty new as a few of the bartenders and drink servers were still not fully aware of what they had available and once or twice we had to point out the new beers on display to get them to understand.

I hope they will have those beer choices in September. If they keep these I won't have to carry on as many bottles and cans of beer.

In the Mediterranean last year the Magic had some local beers from Spain, Italy, Greece etc. My favorite was a Greek beer, Mythos. I loved it!

I was just in Hawaii and it's nice to see Kona on board (although I think it's been available for a while?).

Too bad there's no Shiner - we don't get that in Canada and it's one of my favourites

Really liking that they have 3 Gluten Free options in the beer. Now if they would add some more ciders like woodchuck or angry orchard.

What 3 Gluten free beers are you seeing because the only one that I recognize from those photos as being Gluten fee is the Estrella but even then the picture above is just of the regular Estrella and not the Gluten free one ????

Good news for more variety. Offering the traditional Bud and Heineken wasn't exactly enjoyable. While I don't need Pliny the Elder or other serious craft brews, having something localish to the area is a great step up and provides exposure for craft brewers.

I noticed the same thing when we went on our 7 day back in June. In addition to the ones you listed they also had Kona's Castaway IPA as well as 2 other Ciders that I regretfully can't remember the name of. Hopefully the trend continues. :)

Glad they have CCB. Could do without anything Larry Bell produces, but it's nice they're trying to level up a bit. I'd be interested to see if they have anything unusual in the cooler. We wound up finding a St. Stefanus on the Dream, at the Cove Bar, in November, 2014.

I'll trade you some Shiner for some Sleeman's Cream. One of my favorite non-craft beers when I just want cold and refreshing.

The Estella is gluten free and is propped up as being the best GF beer in the world. It is good, but I wouldn't go that far. The omission beers can't officially claim that they are GF because they start out as a real beer. They have a process however that removes the gluten. My stomach is pretty sensitive to Gluten and I have had their beers without any issues.

My husband will be happy! I think he brought at least six cans of Jai Alai on our cruise.
