Wow! I am pretty far behind. I have been feeling so blah and the weather has negatively impacted on me getting to the Y, but I know I should have been working out at home. Chances are I won't hit my goal this month, but I'm still moving along.

20 mins elliptical
45 mins very hard workout with Killer Kyle

New total 225/1300.
 
270 min run this morning. Quite a bit slower than I wanted my 20 miles to be but it is done. Thanks for hosting

Getting ready to update the plank challenge (last week's results) and the minutes challenge through post #97.

Like several other people I am struggling a bit this month too. The weather has been challenging. We have gotten way more snow than we usually do in December and it has been very cold! And my back has decided to throw a fit. Unfun! I have put together a plan to still try to make my goal for the month, but it is definitely a long shot.

The good news--still getting in my mile a day--and I am rapidly approaching day 365/365!!! So exciting!

I am currently at: 841/2400.
Time to step up my game. :)

Snowing here too- so thankful for my treadmill but sure is a different training vibe than my summer race training outside... 9 miles and 110 min brings me to

265/1500 (oops- this should be 275/1500)

Rose- wanted to add thanks for your previous salt tablet endorsement. I tried some today and it helped tremendously. I'm starting to feel hopeful that I might actually make it thru Tink and Princess without stomach issues!
It really is the only thing that keeps me from feeling nauseous at the end of long runs. I hesitate to talk much about it, because I know there are some people with very strong opinions, but I have tried everything, at the end of the day, I just feel better when I get some salt. Glad it helped!

well - today didn't go quite according to plan. to the point where we spent nearly an hour at a Christmas tree farm and after a melt-down when home totally tree less. I'm so disappointed but it became my job to try to fix everyone's egos and feelings. While finishing the laundry, grocery shopping, etc.

20 minutes of strength training for my sanity.

Yes Rose. The first 20 and farthest I've run so far. I now feel ready to tackle the marathon at Disney it will be slow but I just want to finish and earn my medal. :)
