I'm probably not going to update until tomorrow. I am pooped!
After the barre class yesterday (which caused me all kinds of pain today) I did intervals on the tm for 23 minutes and a 50 min strength class today.
I. AM. DYING.
Ok, just ridiculously sore.
I got my planks in, but waited until the end of the strength class (big mistake) and my right arm was just done. So the right side was a full plank but on my fore arm instead of a straight arm. Every time I tried a straight arm I collapsed. Couldn't even do a couple of seconds.
So, note to self: Planks BEFORE strength class. duh.
Interestingly, some of you know I have been having a lot of trouble with my back this year (even went to physical therapy). Anyhow, started doing wall push ups. Which seems so whimpy. But I am getting so much more out of them. Again, lots of pain.

But good pain. I can concentrate on really focusing on chest/arms and not worry about my back. I am hoping to eventually go back to 'real' pushups, but this works for now.
