dear huggiebear23 are you and your family flying out of JFK on Saturday, December 8th? Our family and I have a layover their from Boston, then on to Orlando. We're flying Jet Blue. We leave at 8:10 and arrive in Orlando at 11:15. Our first night will be spent having dinner at the Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge, a family tradition for us. Haven't been to Disney in 3 years, so i am sure the Poly has changed since then. Its nice to talk to everyone else who is excited also because I know I am, and I can't wait for codes to come out.

We are going to be at Pop Dec. 8th thru 15th!!! This will also be my first time flying.........ever.........

Hubby and I are going with another couple. We were there in April '06 also and stayed at Pop and loved it!!! We have never been to WDW during the holiday season so we are really excited!!!

Here are our ADR's...we are also planning to watch the CP..........

12/8 Hoop Dee Doo 5:00 p.m. (Tier 1 Seating...woohoo!)
12/9 Crystal Palace 11:30 a.m.
12/9 CRT 5:35 p.m.

This will be our first for Chef Mickey's, Le Cellier, and O'Hana so we are really looking forward to those.

We are also doing MVMCP, but I'm not sure what night....I think it is on the Tuesday, but I'm not sure.

huggiebear23, I do not have the info right now as I am still working on our Sept trip right now and have not gotten too far on the December one yet but I remember that ICE/Gaylor Palms was not far from property and since I am directionally challenged and it appeared as if I could easily get there it cannot be too bad. Maybe you could do a search and see what you think? They have some great pictures on the DIS if you check the home page and find the link.

We are flying southwest out of Islip. Only way to go now. I can't bring myself to go to Laguardia or JFK anymore unless absolutely neccessary.

I haven't actually changed my flight yet. Have to do that today. We were supposed to go in Oct and I had the flight booked, but we REALLY loved xmas last year so decided to change it. I made my hotel reservation at CBR (we love it there). We stayed at Poly once but that was because I was proposing and wanted the trip to be special. Can't afford that anymore so we usually stay at the CBR. It's as close to the Poly atmosphere as we can get.

You are staying at the POP, correct? How is it? Never been there.

ADR's:
12/8 - None. We always eat at Cosmic ray's 1st night.
12/9 - Not sure yet. Want to go to Osborne Lights so either eat at hotel or maybe MGM.
12/10 Chef Mickey 6:10
12/11 - CRT 1:30. Not sure of Dinner yet.
12/12 - Ohana 6:50
12/13 - Probably going to MVMCP so grab something at hotel or MK

We have never been to the Pop before? We usually stayed offsite. My mother has a timeshare. But we already used that this year when we went in May so we figured we would just bite the bullet and stay onsite. I would love to stay at the Poly. It is just too expensive for us now. I am booked on the first flight out on Southwest. I would rather be in Fl then waiting around here. We are early risers.

I am sure you will be just fine on the plane. Just think of the ending point. DISNEY WORLD We have done Chef Mickey's twice and loved the characters and the atmosphere. We decided against it this trip. WE LOVED LeCellier I am not a red meat eater but the Salmon is great. We have 2 adrs there this trip. I also Loved Ohana. We had a blast there and the food is yummy.
