We are arriving Nov 30th, too. Like you, usually go in early Feb or late Jan to get the cheaper room rates. We went the first full week of February and really wanted to see the Christmas decorations this year. So we booked a bounce back discount, 35% RO discount, which was offered for the dates Nov 30th to Dec 4th, which is how we ended up with this week. There are a lot of people going to WDW this first week of December. I hope it isn't too crowded.

I am hoping that the MyMagic and Fastpass+ system will either be fully operational without any glitches and everyone will have plenty of time to learn how it works. Or - it will be so messed up that Disney won't have it ready for our trip.
In some ways I am looking forward to having some guaranteed ride times, but I'm not too excited about having only three fast passes a day. We'll just have to see what happesn.

Technically my birthday is the 8th.
I'm going the 1st to the 7th for my 40th birthday.
I've always enjoyed having a December birthday because my parents gave me the option of a small gift for my bday and a small gift for xmas or 1 big gift, I always chose 1 big gift.
My best birthday present ever was in my sophomore year of college, I am a HUGE Christmas fan and it was my first year not living at home and I was flat broke and depressed. The morning of my birthday my friends showed up with a Christmas tree and decorations and we decorated my house all morning. 20 years later and it still causes me to tear up.
