Wonder if TanaL can sort the cells in order of first posted or something.

There is definitely room for improvement, also in the layout and such. I will see what I can do!

I understand the concerns of the PP and agree with him about not adding lines above others.

This may be a silly Q, but I want to make sure I posted correctly to the spreadsheet (I picked the first open cell under the date, typed and hit save/close. I did not insert any lines above or below other entries). I assume this method of entry is what you had in mind?

Also, if you are thinking of some way to sort entries in the future, would you need all of us to use a specific method of data entry (so all entries look alike)?

We had to change the dates on our vacation so that my husband's parents could travel with us. I am going to cancel the following reservations. just an experiment.. what if we used a google spreadsheet that is open for editing? I threw one together to see how it goes. This one is just for 12/1-12/16 to experiment. I can add the rest of the month if people like it.

Instructions:
go to this link spreadsheet
Enter the restaurant, time, and your username all in one cell under either wanted or available for the relevant date.

For example, if I have an ADR for 5 at Ohana's available for trade on 12/2, I would type the following in one cell under 12/2:
"Ohana's 12:15 (5) want to trade for CM bkfst 12/1 TanaL"

Type quickly and then hit "save and close" and re-open to make sure it saved properly. You don't want to have it open for a really long time and then type and save... I'm not sure how it will handle multiple entries at once.

ALso, I have for trade a CRT Res for either 410 or 820 (we aren't sure if we which one we want to keep yet...depends on if we get a meal with all the princesses) for a lunch CRT res on Dec 15th.
