Ok, I need your opinion. Do you think I should seek professional help for being "overly exstatic" that our cruise is exactily 7 months away?? :woohoo: DH is looking forward to the cruise and has been helping with the planning, but thinks I am nuts for being this excited. What do you guys think??? :thumbsup2

hmmm...I am on line nearly every night planning our ADR's, know the exact time we can make Palo reservations and look at the Navigators all the time.

Nope, not crazy! :rotfl2: Just a teensy little bit obsessed :lmao:

Oops, I nearly forgot about this thread!

We'll be at the Boardwalk Villas 12/7 - 12/10! Maybe we'll run into each other!

We have purchased our tickets for MVMCP on 12/8...my niece's Sweet 16! We are sooo looking forward to it! :Pinkbounc :woohoo:

I am sure we will. Mike and I will be at the BWI then, but my sister and our friend will be at the BWI from 12/7-8 and then check in to the BWV 12/9-12/10 before joining us on the cruise.

For pics and easy spotting, you can read my latest (not so good) trip report here:
http://disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1112631

We have decided to do MVMCP on December 5, and then we will be heading back to our old stand-by, the Royal Pacific Resort, from 12/14 - 12/17. Should be a nice long vacation for us!

Our 6th month ADR window is just about upon us! :)

yippee....woo hoo....doing the happy dance!! :cool1:

We got the new passporter today...it has already been read through and tagged by DH!!!

I am thinking of getting the Passporter combo for WDW and the DCL. Do you really like the DCL one??

Great, I'll have to take a look at those pictures and commit them to memory! It'll be nice to run into a fellow diser at WDW and on the cruise!

I have them both, and I have to say the DCL one is great! I just finished reading it and I know it will become my bible for the next several months...even though this is my 4th DCL cruise!

should our families meet for dinner somewhere, like our own meet and greet. Perhaps at a resturant nearby? We can ask someone what's in the area and we can arrange it. Maybe even make a reservation for that night-who's in?

I haven't been on this thread for a while, wow there's been some activity!

It is getting closer.

It is now just the two of us. Unfortunately, there has been a "falling out" with the friend that was supposed to go with us.

Unfortunately, I've booked and paid for, via Hotwire, 2 rooms at the Wingate Hotel near MCO on the night of the 9th, so I guess I'm out the $47 for the second room.

It could have been worse though, the falling out could have happened after the final payment, which would have been disasterous considering I'm the one whose layed out all the money for the cruise.

We are at the half-way mark!! :cool1: Yes, we should meet for dinner on 12/09 for everyone who is staying at the residence inn!!

BTW, the passporter is great!! It has so much information!! You can't be too prepared!! :rotfl:

6 months....

6 months from now we will be on our cruise-yeahhhhhhhhh

This is a good idea, perhaps closer like the beginning of dec we can privately exchange cell numbers with those interested and we can all have dinner together. I am adding some of you to my buddy list in case i am not on the board that much we can touch base about our cruise

We're now on the other side of six months. I realized this morning that this morning and realized that final payment is due less than 90 days from today. How time flies!

Hi Guys,

We are currently looking to book this cruise. First Disney cruise for us. We have 2 children, girl (11 at cruise time) and boy (7 at cruise time).

I have a lot of planning to do,ie how to get around (rental car, etc). trip insurance, a few days at Disney after the cruise, etc. I am sure I will be looking for advice here.

I will get back to you after we book the reservations.

HI neckhardt! My kids are around the same age as yours (almost 10 and 7 at cruise time)

Hope your planning is going well! We are staying at disney for 5 days before and 2 days after

i'm so excited got new luggage for my mother and daughter. My dtr is ready to pack and so is my niece.

The reservations are made, and the flights booked. We will be arriving on Saturday afternoon, don't know what hotel yet. Disney on Fri, and Sat. (no hotel yet) leaving Sunday.

Now we are getting excited, at least us adults, we aren't telling the kids for awhile.

Hi! Glad you will be joining us! I have an 11 yr old niece who will be on the cruise so your DD will not be the only one!

how did you get air for dec and with who?

Jet Blue is just starting service, so they had a special rate of $99 each way which is about the going long in advance rate, but they are the only ones to have non-stop flights.

Over $800 just for flights. OUCH!!
