Hi there sandm18969, well you're ahead of me. I booked this near the end of Oct after having to cancel my Dec 2009 trip. Now the wait begins...again.

i'm in cat 12 right now...but I am going to add my lil one (who will be 8months for the cruise) so my agent said i will have to go to another cat..can't remember which he said...

I'm also decorating the door with tons of magnets..I did the magnets and window clings for my stays at the resorts this past halloween and christmas and it really made ME get all into the holiday...

I'm also planning on pirate costumes for my sons and I (and I'm hoping daddy gets into it too) for the pirate night dinner!!! arrggggg

I'm also hoping that there will be babysitter reservations available when I pay my cruise in full by Aug...I want to eat at Palos...

Hi all...Well it's been a little over a month since I last posted. Anyone else out there excited about this Christmas time cruise? If you check out my 4shared file (the links in my signature) you will see that I have been working on more cruise designs and there will be more to come.

I just booked this cruise for my family last week. This will be our first trip on a DCL. This is the kid's first cruise. They don't know about the trip yet. I guess I need to read up on FE as I am not sure what it is. I also see people put magnets on their doors. I guess I have a lot to learn before our trip. We are actually driving down and staying a few days before in Port Canaveral as DH and DS's want to do a deep sea fishing charter and I want to take the kids to coco beach.

Hi there Deffenm and . So you would like the design with our itinerary on it? And the Santa Tink, did you want the one with the green circle or the one with the added wreath? Just want to make sure as they both have Santa hats. As you can tell I've been busy making cruise designs. This is our first cruise and we're really excited specially since we were forced to cancel last years plans due to the encomony. Which is why you probably found the file entitled, Mickey's Merry Cruisers. Somewhere along the line we should try to come up with some catchy title for our cruise, then I'll be able to do some designs just for us. Just a thought.

It looks like for most of us this will be our first DCL cruise. Maybe we can create a title with that theme? We are so excited. We haven't told the kids yet and I am thinking of doing some type of treasure hunt with clues that the kids would have to find and then put together to figure out the surprise. Due to some anxiety issues one of our son's have we have to tell them at least 2 weeks prior to the trip so he has time to process what is going on. I also have to have our iterneary (sp?) completed by then as he will ask everyday what we are doing on what day and then again on the ship he will ask what the scheduled is for the day. I can't get out of detailed planning as DS won't let me.
