Hey everyone,

Work is going to have the computers down tomorrow.. Sooooo I wont be on again til Monday. Have a safe and fun weekend..

The cruise is coming up faster than you know it!!!! YEAH!

Brenda, Anjelica, Aisling, Jusy and Kelly were on my list for either logos or buttons. I'll go get the logos and repost them here noe more time and maybe you guys could confirm for me one more time that you want them. This will also give you newcomers a chance to see what we've come up with and can also use or have transfers made for you and let me know.

Eileen - Aisling ~ Sent both of you a pm - looking to get your emails to firm up more on the private excursion in Grand Cayman.

Everyone else - is there anything else in terms of plans, etc. we need to firm up in the coming weeks? (Eileen I will update the website with your families information this weekend). Is all the dining linked ok for everyone, etc.? Everyone who signed up for the Fish Extenders ~ doing ok with that? Disneykelly - I know you were working on the "which" night to pass out - when do you want to post that?

Keep in mind, everyone, that many folks will be gone several days or very busy with XMAS several days before the cruise. (I'm in my project mode now). Just want to make sure all the loose ends are good for everyone.

Did we ever decide on whether we were going to meet up on the cruise, etc.? Also - are some of you still planning on wearing the t-shirts with the custom made prints or is that a no go (sorry wasn't sure on that one)?

I agree with not expecting people to check in too often as the holiday season approaches . . . as long as we get the assignment for which days we pass out our FE gifts, I am set . . . I plan to print the list off the main website soon and do the gifts over Thanksgiving . . .

sister and I took mom shopping this morning and got my mom a cute sequined poinsettia top to wear with a long black skirt for Xmas. My sister thinks it's okay to wear it for our formal night on NYE. I'm just not sure. What does the crowd think, ok or too much like Xmas??? It would be nice if she could wear it both times, then less to pack I'm wearing my red sequined top and molly is wearing a green dress (fancy) the boys in tuxes of course. You guys think it's ok to be red & green on NYE???

And your mom can certainly wear the same outfit twice! It's sooooo much better than overloading with the packing.

For my part, after I read your post, I called DCL and confirmed that we are linked for late dinner seating: Marla, Kara, Artie and family, Nan and family, Brenda and Ryan, Rus and Chel, Kelly and Brian, your family and my family, for a total of 25. I again requested Formal Night at Lumiere, but was again told it was noted but without guarantee.

And again confirming that there will be the 5 of us on the private Cayman charter (myself, Chad, Jesse, Louise, and Cory).

Also confirming that I'm in on the Photopass share.

I'll be working to finalize my FE gifts over the weekend, as I see we have some new participants.

Eileen, may I ask who your family's favorite Disney characters are? I'd like to know for a little project I'm working on for the cruise.

Has anyone else besides me and Nan received their Disney's Magical Express tags and info yet?

As for having an official meet upon boarding, if we can do it before sail-a-way, I'll be able to be there. I have a massage scheduled during the actual sailaway time. If 3 PM sounds good, maybe we can meet in the Promenade Lounge at that time, before the life-boat drill, just to say hello. Our staterooms are listed on Anjelica's website, so if we want to invite others to meet up for clubbing, Bingo, coffee, whatever, we can leave notes for each other on the Fish.

Good morning everyone!

Lake effect snow again for us today. It was white out conditions when the kids were driving to school. I made them call when they got there.

In 35 days, we will be leaving for the airport!!

Started to get our clothes out for packing. I just put them on our window seat in our room till I get the luggage out. I'll be the one with the wrinkled clothes because I packed too early!

So is it official--DIS meet 3pm promenade lounge?

Got Kara all packed up last night - high school swim time trials are tonight right after school and then her year around swim team is leaving for Indiana for a weekend meet - gasp - I am skipping this meet - just don't have the money for hotel etc for both of us - plus I need to try to find clothes and such for cruise - time is fleeting

I do! Five small blue pirate Mickey one's would be poifect, please! I want to put them on the logo spot on plain white t-shirts, and have a cute group pic taken. Maybe we'll use it as our boarding attire!

Lake effect snow is when the lakes aren't frozen yet, so the winds come across, pick up the moisture, turn it into snow, and dump it on us. We tend to get larger amounts when it is lake effect. We are very close to Lake Erie in the "snow belt" which is a higher elevation, so we tend to get a lot more snow.
