here's what's going on so far...(lost another pound)
total lost 29 pounds
4+ inches off my hips
3+ inches off my waist

me feeling great
Just keeping on keeping on, and will tackle that 5 miles to the best of my ability on Wednesday...so much of it is a mental game. I did 2.5 last night.

Great job!

I suspected I had some PCOS or insulin resistance(as I suspect my mother did too in her early adulthood) the Dr. didn't continue to look. Said what he'd have to do but never did it when the blood work came back normal other than iron(always been a little on anemic side). Do you use an insulin resistance diet plan? Those seem interesting but I have a hard time restricting. I prefer portion control and planning(to stay in cal range) like I learned with Weight Watchers.

Way to go!!! You can definitely see the weight loss in your face. That's awesome!
