I would like to do a trip report..I have lots of pictures to go through..I also want to do a resort review.. CBR seems to get a bad rap, we have nothing but great things to say about it.. I think it has become our favorite mod resort.. We will stay there again, unless we go all the way and stay at a deluxe.. Be on the lookout..

I thought it'd be soo cute and the kids would get a kick out of it!! Just a couple things from the dollar store. What's everyone think? We would just need to pm whoever we were leaving the stroller for and find out the ages, and how many kids there would be.

I think this is a cute idea! I think if someone wants to do it then it is up to that person to make contact with the person behind them. Everyone should do it only if they want to and not because they feel obligated. If I do it I would not expect someone to do it for me.

I just made our reservation for Kids nite out! Now I just have to figure out what we are going to do!

Also, I will put some candy in there so let me know if they have any allergies.

I wonder if I mailed you a postcard on my first day if your kids would get it before you left? It would be sent on the 11th? If you want to try send me your address also and I will see what I can do.

I think it would probably come in time. We leave on the afternoon of the 17th, so we would probably get to pick up mail before we leave. I will PM the info.

If you are interested in participating in our stroller swap please post at the end of this thread including your name, dates, and resort. The cost is $15 for length of stay until it the stroller and accessories are paid for.

I would be interested in this for the nov. 8-11 dates but am a bit concerned about the 34 lbs! anybody have a pic of this stroller folded? How easy/difficult is getting it on and off the disney buses? where would i have to pick it up and drop it off? So many questions? LOL Sorry if these issues have been addressed. I pretty much just read the first and last page of the thread

Good question. Could someone help with this? I'm not qualified because I have never done Disney buses.

Parrith would probably be better at answering that.. We had our van, we didn't have the back row in, and so we would just put the stroller in the back. We were going to use the transportion, but since we had our car, it was just quicker and easier. We did use the monorail a couple of times, and it was a breeze getting on and off. Sorry I am not much help. But with regards to weight it was not that heavy. Yes it is a little bulkier than a regular stroller, but it isn't unberable..Besides, once you see how much a double stroller is going for at disney, you can pretty much put up with it. When we were there, they were $30, talk about a price jump since Christmas. At Christmas we never joined at stroller swap, so we were paying 16/day. Hope that helps.

thanx for the info! would also like to know about where the stroller would be picked up. Does it have a "home" like the fridges? Really hoping to hear from Parrith about getting the stroller on the bus. The good thing is my son can get on and off by himself so I really only have to worry about carrying the stroller thru the door without doing damage to the stroller/bus. I like to be extra careful with other people's property

Ok nevermind. Just read the posts regarding pickup/dropoff. because of the uncertainty of where and what time i need to pick up the stroller, i think we'll just be better off giving my DS some add'l breaks and bringing a stroller from home for DNeice. Hey all, long time no type . We had a WONDERFUL trip! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the stroller and saving all those Disney Dollars. Honestly, the stroller is a little heavy and awkward getting on and off the buses; however, it pushes like a dream. I found that if you ask the driver to open the back doors and just lay it in the exit there it works the best. DO NOT try to carry this thing through a full bus. I was traveling with just the two kids and we handled it without any major issues. One time I did get caught in the back doors though. The bus driver had opened the back to allow me to put the stroller in and then he shut them before I had time to get out of the door. I got pinned in between the stroller and the doors resulting in a small bruise and a little embarassment. Unfortunately it also caused a small bit of damage to the stroller. Nothing major, just a little tear right between the seats. I didn't even notice it until the kids pointed it out. If the next person going is any good at sewing a small needle and thread would prevent any further damage. I did point it out to Faindrops when she and I swapped. If anybody has any other questions feel free to ask. Thanks everyone for this great swap and happy trips to you all.

Trip report, your funny . No, seriously, technically challanged and having a hard time just getting caught up as it is. I will thoroughly enjoy reading all of yours when you get back though.

So, I believe the stroller should be paid off with the last Oct. swapper. That means the next 2 payments should go to Faindrops, correct? I hope that is right, I have instructed the other two swappers who have contacted me to make arrangements with her. If that is wrong just let me know.
