Deal or No Deal...I have a question

I don't watch this show...but has anyone ever made the deal and then their case has the 1million or 500k in it??? or whenever they make the deal is it always in their favor?
I have only seen it once...so just curious...

the lady just passed up 134k, I would have taken it.

i believe i did see one show where the lady took about 150K, then her box said 500K.
I got tired of the show already.

It just happened tonight the lady had $400 -$1000-$500,000 & $1,000,000 left with a deal of $394,000

She picked off the $500,000 and the deal went down to $215,000 she took the deal and had the $1,000,000 in her case.
