Eww Eww Eww. I know we had them in the basement years ago, but I never saw them...just "signs" that they'd been there. I think I'd have to move. As it is, I had a close encounter with a snake in the vegetable garden, and haven't picked a tomato since.

When I worked at IBM in my former life (before kids), I was walking down a hallway and saw what I thought was a ball roll out of someone's office, stop, and then keep going. Didn't seem very "ball-like" to me, so I had a guy check it out, and it was a mouse. It later jumped out of someone's desk drawer, and was never caught. For days, I sat on my feet in my office, and opened my drawer from as far away as possible.

Eww. I'm sure I'll be seeing rodents out of the corner of my eye tonight, just thinking about this.

Aw, it's ok not to be brave all the time. Especially in life and death situations like this one lol, I'm just kidding with you, I'd have freaked out too, I don't handle rodent sightings very well myself, even dead ones.
